A red flower we call “Higanbana” is “Spider lily”.In Japan, it blooms every September. Though it has very beautiful red petal, it has strong poison. Kinchakuda Park in Hidaka City located in Saitama prefecture is one of the best spots to see “Higanbana”.

Asagao is a name of flower, known for Japanese morning glory in English. It has vines as well as beautiful flowers which bloom in early summer. The flowers bloom in July and August during the summer in Japan.
The famous fireworks festivals in Japan are, for example, Ohmagari Fireworks Festival in Akita, Tsuchiura Fireworks Festival in Ibaraki, and Nagaoka Fireworks Festival in Niigata, as well as Sumida River Fireworks Festival in Tokyo.
