Course Abstract

The Matsuoka Museum of Art opened in April, 2000. The founder of the museum was a successful businessman, Seijiro Matsuoka (1894-1989). His collection: Chinese ceramics, Oriental ceramics, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Indian Gandhara art, Japanese paintings, modern European paintings and modern sculptures.
